I was cleaning up our hard disk by organizing photos and videos when i came across this gem from a year ago.
Last April 28 to May 1, Gianina and i went on a "second honeymoon" to Panglao Island in Bohol. More on this later (and more pics to come as well), but here's a few panoramic pictures that i'm still trying to figure out how to print and frame. (Any ideas would be welcome).
Amorita is a fairly new property, by all accounts just around a year old. There are several studio-type rooms as well as private bungalows. They also have a large empty space in the middle where you can just hang out.
Of course no trip to Bohol would be complete without visiting the famous "Chocolate Hills," so named for their chocolate-brown color in the right climate. Unfortunately it had just rained so the grass had not shriveled up and died yet, resulting in "Green Hills."
Here's a view of the sea from the Bee Farm. Perfect for muni-muni or romansa. The organic food is... interesting (to say the least), although i didn't really care for the corn coffee.
Pamilacan island, so named for Pilak, which is a hooked instrument used to catch whales. The little dot slightly off-center is Gianina enjoying the cool water on a hot summer day.
